LITTLE SCRATCH X MASS SHOW (BXL,BE)

December 12th No NEW ENEMIES XMas is having Show at the Mr. Ego ... the party will take place at their shop and out back. Will include hot wine, bonfire treats, light writing, video projections, live painting and music !
To name a few artists already joining: Truly Design, Lichtfaktor, Faith47, Shok1, Jace, Jiar, Mr Wany, Alex Fakso,...
We're also setting up a sort of artists 'Braderie' that will be running from Friday up to Saturday.
We'll have a hanging construction with presents wrapped up in newspaper all gifts up to 5 or 10 €. Each present will have a little clue and/or ornament attached to it.We'll have pieces of a stump of a Christmas tree where you could paint on, carf in or do anything you like with it.
We'd like to invite you to come sell, show, share your work .... whatever floats your boat. All artists handle their own sales. Just tell us if you need a table, a chair, etc ... Would u like to participate in any of these projects? Need more info? Ready to rsvp?

Nicolas from Montana Gallery was asked by les petits riens / Spullenhulp to customise their containers.
He invited artists such as Hell'o Monsters, Bue, Polak,... to color this good cause !
This friday you are welcome to the vernissage in Montanashop / Gallery in Rue de la Madeleine, Brussels from 19h.
For several weeks you are invited to cross the city and spot the containers ! And please bring your old sweater :)

As i've really liked the neighborhood, when we did the exhibition "peinture fraîche" at the centre pompidou with the 9e concept....
My next solo show will be held right behind the centre ! Rue du renard, n°23 to be pricese, at galerie LJ beaubourg.
Its title (of the show !) is "assez d'essais" (enough drafts / it's a joke about how the french say "AC/DC") and will be on view from may 15 til june 10 2008.
You will discover new paintings and drawings. Opening reception is Thursday, may 15, 7pm... With – for the ones who know it – a musical 'ambiance' by Jerk45.

Hit the books (Antwerpen)

Hessenhuis gathers book shops, magazines and publishers of all kinds of contemporary arts in one space. A publication event where fine arts meet experimental fanzines and graphic design, typography, illustration, graphic novels, poetry and silkscreen printing are facing conceptual art, video and installation art, architecture, fashion and literature. June 23rd from 13 till 21h at Hessenhuis, Falconrui in Antwerpen.

LOUD GRAPHIX Expo (Berlin)

An exhibition about the relation between graphics and music, untill next Sunday, May 27th. The focus is on the cities of London (MITCH, MODE2, SWIFTY), Amsterdam (DELTA, MACHINE, PARRA, SHOE) and Berlin (JUTOJO, DANIEL PFLUMM, PFADFINDEREI).
The exhibition features artwork from single artists, collectives as well as labels and clubs which have visually influenced one of the many different definitions of club culture. The artists are invited to show their most recent work along with their classical pieces. Now in London at Dreams & Nightmares and after that he's off to Denmark for his solo exposition at the ART2GO Gallery, Copenhagen, May 19th to June 16th 2007.
